Thank you for your interest in FREEDOM VALU CENTERS. Being a good neighbor and recognizing our responsibility to the communities in which we live and work is an important part of our business. Each year, FREEDOM contributes to various
organizations in our operating area. In order to facilitate these requests please print the request form and mail to the address below. (Please enclose the IRS tax-exempt number.)

Requests are reviewed the first week of every month and only approved applicants
will be notified by mail.

Typically excluded from consideration:

- Labor, fraternal, or political causes
- Organizations receiving support thru the United Way
- National organizations without local or regional chapters in our area
- Generic mail solicitations. Tickets for fundraising events
- Courtesy advertising
